CSL Bakersfield is a Metaphysical New Thought Community that teaches the Science of Mind Philosophy.

We are an open, loving, supportive spiritual family, who acknowledge our oneness with an all-encompassing God. We honor the gifts and talents that are uniquely expressed through each individual in our community. Through shared leadership, the members of this community are committed to maximum spiritual unfoldment and dedicate their energy to a shared vision of expanding our youth ministry, social activities, and diversity through education. We encourage Joyful and Creative self-expression in a nurturing environment so that each person can truly live a life that is an expression of God.

We are committed to being strong and passionate Light Workers in order to create a world where Love leads the way and God is more fully revealed.

Affirmations

I love and approve of myself.

I am a divine being, radiating love to all that I meet.

I know God's love and I always feel it around me.

My love is limitless, knowing no bounds.

God's love guides me in making right choices in my life.

For any challenge in my life, love is always the answer!

Affirmative Prayer

As we come together in this Holy Moment, taking a deep breath, we move into that inner, peaceful place where we feel God's Presence in our very lives. I fully recognize that God is all there is, that the Love of God is who I am. I feel God within my own consciousness as Peace, Joy, Happiness, Clarity, and Love.

I know that I am One with all of Creation, and with my family known as the Center for Spiritual Living, Bakersfield. It is in this knowing that I realize that what I think in my Mind shows up in my life.

So I now acknowledge that there is only Love, there is only acceptance, there is only Goodness in everything I think and see. And I do see the abundance of the Universe flowing through all activities and lives in our spiritual home. I see communion, fellowship, and a willingness to believe in each other. My life is a gift to all those I meet and I share it and embrace it as it is an out picturing of my own thoughts and actions. I am Happy. I am Loved. I am Blessed. I know this same Truth  for my fellow travelers in this Gift we call Life. I open my heart fully and completely knowing that I can only experience more of God as I do so.

I am grateful. Grateful for my Life and the lives of all those I meet and interact with. God is Good. I know that in the Mind of God all is well, therefore, all is well in my Life now. I simply let it be.

And so it is. Amen.
